Our jewelry is made of top quality materials, is safe, hypoallergenic, and does not tarnish.
It is ok to swim or take a shower! Our jewelry is for everyday use - it is very long-lasting.
We use:
- three-layers of 18K gold plating
- stainless titanium steel
- cubic zirconia crystals

Safe Production: Nickel Free
Glozzo Jewelry is made of gold-plated steel.
Our jewelry is coated with gold using the SAFE method, involving titanium (not nickel).
A gold plating method called PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) is used.
The thickness of the gold layer is between 0.03 and 0.05 microns.

180-day Warranty
We have a strict quality control - 98.5% of items fully meet customers' expectations.
1. Within 7 days you may return the order (fully or partly) without giving the reasons
2. Within a week of delivery we issue a refund for defective items by the photo
3. Within 180-days we issue a refund for hidden defects only (fading, loose inserts, breakages)
Clients must check the goods for obvious defects within 7 days - if there are no claims, only hidden defects will be accepted thereafter

We're an export company. By the law of Thailand we are allowed to sell and ship goods overseas only.
That’s why we do not have an offline showroom. And we do not offer our products and delivery within Thailand.
I may suggest you place a minimal order to check the quality.
Within 7 days of order delivery, you have the right to make a return without giving any reason. And we provide 180-day quality warranty.

Are We a Manufacturer?
We place production orders in Thailand and China. The quality is completely different from typical Chinese jewelry.
We use manufactures with high-level of quality control and management, as we produce no-tarnishing and waterproof jewelry which is suitable for everyday use at temperatures from 35 degrees, swim, sunbathe, etc.
That's why our jewelry is in a special demand in Florida, California, Arab Emirates, Australia...
Sell Under Your Own Brand
We sell only ready-made jewelry from our catalog, in a standardized packaging.
All the jewelry refers to a brand Glozzo. But the jewelry and packaging does not contain any brand.
We allow Clients to sell Glozzo jewelry under your own trademark without any restrictions.
You are not allowed to use Glozzo trademark.
We do NOT offer brand's replicas
Copyright compliance is our priority.
We sell only original jewelry collections under the Glozzo brand.
We strongly advise our clients to avoid using another person or company's trademark (or a very similar trademark) without the trademark owner's permission.
Return policy
Our goal is not only to sell the jewelry, but to meet your expectations, and make our clients happy!
In case of a defect client does not have to send the goods back! Sending the defect picture on WhatsApp or e-mail is enough to get a refund (see 180-day warranty).
In case of the order return (full, or partial) client may use the cheapest delivery option (usually it is national postal service, around $9). Usually, we provide the refund as soon as we get the tracking number from the client (way before we actually get the package).

Order Cancellation Policy
You can cancel a paid order strictly before it is transferred to the shipping company hub in Bangkok, Thailand.
After order cancellation we issue an immediate full refund.
Important #1 Order cancellation after transferring to the shipping carrier causes either an order disposal, or unacceptably high costs of shipping return.
Important #2 If you refuse to receive the package after the order has shipped, you will receive a refund reduced by the very significant costs of return (minus up to 50% of order total).
Important #3 If you change your mind after order was sent, please receive the order first! Then send it back to us using the cheapest postal delivery (cost around $10). In this case you will get immediate FULL refund as soon as we have the tracking number.

Client's Responsibility
We are a B2B supplier. We expect our cooperation to be a 2-way road.
We use well-known and reliable shipping companies (FedEx, UPS, National Postal services). In the vast majority of cases delivery is smooth and clear.
Client must provide clear and full information (address, contacts) to perform the delivery smoothly.
Client is responsible to coordinate last mile delivery with their local delivery company representative (answer the call, be available).
Client is responsible to pick up the order in the local shipping company office in case of delivery issues.
We use all the lawful opportunities to reduce potential customs duties - clients have zero import duties in many countries. But in case client's government require to pay duties, client is responsible to pay the duties and import tax.
Of course, we do our best to support clients. But we are very limited in opportunities to coordinate the last-mile delivery process, and expect activity from the Client.
Customs duties
We pay all the exporting duties by ourselves.
We pay all the import duties by ourselves in case of economy $9 USD flat-rate delivery (by Yun Express).
In the US, Australia, UK, New Zealand - usually there are no import taxes/duties due to international trading agreements with Thailand.
In EU, Canada, UAE and other countries, and only in case of express delivery (UPS, FedEx) there may be duties 2 - 10% of order total, depending on customs approach. It is a client's responsibility to pay this duties.
